We process all our packages through Australia Post or Sendle. Depending on your location, the shipping timeframe for domestic orders in Australia is 3-12 business days and 9-30 business days for international orders.

At this stage we do not do custom orders, but we are always open for suggestions!

Sure! Please send us an email if you are interested in purchasing a bulk order beyond what we have in stock.

Yes! We have gained permission from the authors and have the appropriate contracts in place. This way you will not only be supporting our small business, but also your favourite authors!

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges if contact is made within 3 days of delivery and items are dispatched back to us within 14 days of delivery.

We don't accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalised orders, Perishable products (like food or flowers), Digital downloads, Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons), Items on sale, Conditions of return.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
